At Miaou, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure your return is processed correctly.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
